Shipping Policy
Because our pieces are created thoughtfully and in limited batches, orders are typically dispatched within 5 to10 working days from the date of order confirmation. If the selected style is already in stock, it may be shipped earlier at our discretion.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and declared public holidays are not considered working days while estimating dispatch or delivery timelines.

While we make every effort to dispatch your order within the stated timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to production delays, courier issues, weather conditions, government restrictions, logistical challenges, or events classified as force majeure. In such cases, order cancellation, refunds, or compensation requests will not be accepted on the grounds of delay alone.

Once your order has been dispatched and handed over to the delivery partner, the shipment is under the courier company’s control. Authoress is not responsible for delays, loss, damage, misrouting, non-delivery attempts, or service issues arising from the courier’s operations.

Tracking details maybe/will be shared only after the parcel has been successfully picked up by the courier company from our premises. As a small business, we request your patience while tracking information is generated and communicated.

​Custom Orders
In case you have provided your measurements while placing the order, there may be a slight delay from the standard shipping timeline.

Express Orders/ Urgent Orders
Since we do not have an express shipping service on our website yet & your order request is urgent/customised, please reach out to us on Instagram & we will note down your order there & share express shipping charges and possibilities. This option cannot be opted for after the order is placed. You need to get a confirmation from us first.
