At Authoress, each piece is thoughtfully produced in limited quantities. As a slow fashion brand, we follow a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

We currently do not offer size-based or preference-based exchanges. We strongly encourage you to review the sizing and measurements carefully before placing your order. If you need help with sizing, you may reach out to us prior to purchase.

Exchanges are accepted only in the following cases:

• You received an incorrect item

• The product has a manufacturing defect

• The product was damaged in transit

To request an exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and a continuous, unedited unboxing video from the moment the package is opened. This video is mandatory for all damage or defect claims. Requests without this will not be eligible for review.

Once approved, the item must be returned in unused condition, with tags intact and original packaging. Exchanges will be denied if the product is found to have:

• been worn or washed

• makeup stains or marks

• perfume, deodorant or body odour

• pet hair

• alterations or damage

• missing tags or packaging

• rips or any other defaults not mentioned here

Products failing inspection will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

In case of verified defects or incorrect items, the cost of return shipping will be borne by us. However, for any rejected or ineligible claims, return and reshipment costs (if any) will be borne by the customer.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.

 

Disclaimer

Slight variations in colour, print placement, or fabric texture are a natural outcome of small-batch production. Colour differences due to device settings or lighting are not considered defects and will not be eligible for exchange.
