We understand that sometimes you might need an exchange. While we don't offer returns, we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase. We're happy to offer exchanges on products, if it's a size issue or if there's a defect with the item you received.

To ensure a smooth exchange process:

• Let us know within 2 days of receiving your order.
• Send us a quick email with a brief explanation and a picture (needed) of the product and relevant issue.

• Currently our dispatch is 1-7 business days, although we try to ship pieces as soon as possiible. Kindly place the order only if this timeline suits you. 
   
• Once dispatched, it would take approximately 2-7 business days for the order to reach you.
• Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public/other Holidays are not considered as working days for standard deliveries.
   
• There can be delays in shipping and delivery in different circumstances that are not controllable from our end. Order cancellation/refund requests will not be entertained in those scenarios. 
• We can share the shipment tracking information with you only after once the order has been picked up from our end. We are a small business and we kindly request you to wait to receive an email for your shipment.

Quality Care:

• Wash cold, handwash whenever possible with mild gentle washing agent that are safe on the fabric and on the skin
• Use delicate cycle if machine washing
• Hang to dry, avoid wringing
